Prosite not published

I cannot publish my prosite. I have linked my account, as it says:

"Your Behance and Adobe accounts are linked

You can now post WIP (work-in-progress) from Creative Cloud and Adobe Photoshop. You can also add files to your projects from Creative Cloud in the project editor.

Status: Free or Single App Creative Cloud Member"

What should I do?
