Delete Portfolio without deleting Adobe Creative Cloud Account

Hello !

 

I find it kind of very confusing that according to the guidance in the support section it is only possible to delete a portfolio if you also delete the entire

Adobe Creative Cloud Account ...

 

There MUST be another way since that is a little bit too radical.

 

here is the issue:

 

I have a portfolio connected with an Adobe Creative Cloud account. This portfolio contains a username which is different than the Adobe Creative Cloud Account.

This should be separated.

 

I just simply want to delete the portfolio and all is good.

 

But according to the info i have read yet i just can do this when i delete my entire memberhip. LOL crazy?

How to change Behance link image when sharing on Facebook?

When I try to share my recent projects on Facebook, the image that previews on the link on the Facebook post is the first image from my project. How can I change it to another image? Or the thumbnail of the project - in my previous projects the links used the thumbnail when shared on Facebook.

Disable sync between Behance and Portfolio

How can I disable the sync link between Behance and Portfolio?

This is an admittedly "first-world" problem, but I would like to keep some projects on Behance only and others on Portfolio only. Is there any way to create a Behance project without it automatically syncing to Portfolio?

Sudden censoring works and setting them to private

Hello all,

 

I have noticed that lately Behance team started to set my adult content works on private. It began when I couldn´t see my two latest digital collages at all, as a public viewer (not logged in).

I was a bit furious because I have seen tons of other projects that are much much more explicit than mine, and my older, similarly explicit works were set only to mode invisible to viewers from outside the site.

So, I sent Behance team a letter with my question, stating worry that I will lose all of my fans and views if that trend continues.

After that letter, Behance set to private even some more works, some of them made a year ago or even before that.

Latest victim of that policy was my latest elaborate erotic drawing which had only adult filter the whole month, and gathered 429 views and 40 likes.

That is a very high rate for me, and now, I have lost one more representative and brilliant artwork.

 

I don´t know what should I do. I told Behance team how precious they are to me, because many people contacted me via that site for various jobs, and now I´m faced with this huge disappointment and discouragement. I used to post my works here with excitement and joy, and now it all dissipated.

 

Is there any solution or am I sparing my words vainly?

I am very very sad about this whole situation.

I can't add a Profile Name in Adobe ID

I can't add a Profile Name and Photo in Adobe ID. It says: There was an error saving your profile. Please try again.

My guess, because of this I also can't activate my Behance account. Profile Name is empty and Behance cannot create a page.

 

Adobe Customer Care said; "I was not trained on this subject"

 

I need help.

 

PS: Account Holder Name is OK. There is no problem.

Добрый день. У меня вопрос о просмотре портфолио на behance другими пользователями, не зарегистрированными на сайте. Как они его могут просмотреть?

Я кидаю ссылку человеку, он по ней проходит и не видит мои работы. Сайт ему пишет следующее: "Для просмотра проектов с откровенным содержимым нужно войти или зарегистрироваться в Behance"

Instagram video embed on Behance and MyPortfolio??

I would like to embed some video posts from my instagram, but somehow Behance and MyPortfolio keep saying "This embed code is not valid"... Why can't I embed a simple Instagram post? I get the embed code straight from Instagram. I have some short Motion Graphics I want to post on Behance and my Portfolio, this seems like such a simple think that should be possible. Even when I change the embed code to "iFrame" it won't accept it... Hoping for a solution! Thanks!!

Behance "Work In Progress" cannot be viewed or edited

Not sure what's going on here, but I'm completely unable to view or edit my Work In Progress. I've tried in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer (lol) on 2 different computers, to no avail. When I click to View the WIP, an infinite loading screen appears, where my browser is grayed out and a never-ending spiral icon pops up. When I click to Edit the WIP, the gray screen and spiral pop up for an instant, then disappear completely, leaving me staring at my WIP project list.

 

Any suggestions?

Cant Delete Behance Account - Wont recognise my name.

I have logged  in to the Behance account I never wanted to delete it. At the base of the request to delete account form it says "Enter your full name to continue" -  I enter my name and bingo - Name not recognised ! How can that be. For goodness sake if they don't mean my name then put the correct terminology they are looking for - THIS SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT. As I have said before - my design and clients are private and confidential not for the rest of the world to plagiarise. and before you say this question is in the wrong forum - Behance is only found in the bloody cloud, so it is a cloud issue. When I have it deleted at lease that fog will be gone and part of the dark cloud that plages this world will be gone.

Embed Soundcloud

Hello, I created a project on Behance for a logo I did for a band. I embedded the Soundcloud link for their music in the project but every time I save the project the Soundcloud link gets all shrunken.

 

Here's the project:

As you can see the soundcloud link appears really small and weird in there instead of the usual bar.

 

Can anybody help me with this?

The accounts are already linked. I need someone at Adobe to do this for me, I dont want to remake the whole portfolio just because I was forced to make a new account.

My project marked as Private. How to make it Public?

Hi,

 

All my work uploaded in Behance marked as Private. I search everywhere to make it Public but cannot find it.

 

If someone click on my Behance link www.behance.net/zahidazakaria without logging in , it appears Page Not Found.

 

Please help me to solve this problem.

Deleting my project on Adobe Portfolio deleted my project on Behance

I'm very frustrated.

First of all, it was the first attempt trying to use Adobe Portfolio and it is not easy to figure out as exploring.

It's cool that it syncs Behance projects into Adobe Portfolio. I really need to build my portfolio so I wanted to try out with Adobe Portfolio.

My Behance only had old projects (still would love to put in my portfolio). so ON ADOBE PORTFOLIO (not on Behance website) page, I started removing those old projects because figuring out building new pages wasn't that easy on Adobe Portfolio. and Old projects I wanted to put it at the very end.

WTF?!?!?!?!? Removing my projects on ADOBE PORTFOLIO that brought from Behance deleted ALL PROJECTS on BEHANCE AS WELL!!!!!!

There was NO WARNING projects will be deleted on Behance as well when you remove projects that is on "building portfolio" on ADOBE PORTFOLIO. NOW there is NO WAY for me to access those old project to put it on my portfolio.

 

IS THERE ANY WAY CAN BACK UP ALL MY PROJECTS (like how Dropbox backs and can restore deleted files) ????

THIS IS HELL FOR ME.

Keyword SEO spam ruining search results in Behance

Did Behance recently change the search algorithm or have users just found a way to game the system?

 

I've noticed a huge increase in irrelevant search results in Behance when searching for specific keywords e.g. user searches for 'Wedding Invitation' and a significant portion of the results are posters, websites etc with zero correlation to those search terms. On closer inspection the creators of those projects have spammed a huge keyword list in multiple languages into the project 'Basic Info' section. The side effect of this is that the search function is next to useless now. Are there any plans to adjust the search function or ban/limit this practice?

 

It's incredibly frustrating and doesn't make for a good user experience nor is it fair on the majority of content creators doing the right thing and tagging their work correctly.

Embedding interactive scrubbable videos in Behance

I make visualisations of products where you can orbit around them in 10 degree steps, so there are 36 images all in all.

I want to present them on Behance, but showing them as a video or gif wouldn't really show how they're used. Also, because there aren't that many frames, it'd look very choppy.

 

Is there any way to make videos scrubbable, so you can scrub through the video by dragging your cursor or finger over it?

Hello,

 

I was wondering if there is a way to turn off/disable Behance on Creative Cloud. I never use it, I never plan on using it, and I would rather just have it disabled. My computer is constantly linked to it and I would really prefer to have it unlinked. Is there any way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
