How to create a behance profile for my team?
Hello,
I am the the agency head and hence primary administrator of my team's (it's a business enterprise) creative cloud subscriptions. However, although I have a VIP ID, I have no Enterpreside ID, which is necessary to create an agency page on Behance.
Do you know how I can create an Enterprise ID?

I have asked my domain provider support to change my DNS settings so I could direct my domain to my new Adobe Portfolio Website. They have changed the settings according to the instructions of Adobe Portfolio. When I try to access my website I get this website: https://www.myportfolio.com/missing instead of my portfolio website. Has the provider support done something wrong?

Why is the Behance project uploading interface so slow?!!
I've been trying to upload a project that contains about 37 images or so since yesterday. The interface is so slow when it comes to scrolling through the images or re-ordering them or looking at the preview. Sometimes the divider and spacing tab on the left open up and I'm not even able to see the spacing section. I went ahead and even resized each image to 700x700 px to reduce size, now each image is only 200-500kb.
I'm really losing my cool here. Why is this such a tedious task? Are these sizes too heavy? What are the ideal sizes that people upload their work in?

Changing destination email for Contact form
Hello all,
I've set up my portfolio page, and was delighted to learn that you could add a contact form rather than having to reveal your email address to the whole world. There is just one issue.
The email address I use for my Adobe ID is not my primary work email, I use a secondary address. Whenever I created the contact form it started sending emails to my secondary address, when actually I want them arriving in my primary work inbox.
I have changed my Adobe ID to my primary address to see if that works, but no joy; the emails are still landing in the wrong inbox.
My question: Is there any way you can change your Adobe Portfolio email address so that emails submitted in a contact form arrive to a different inbox?

Full- bleed gif animations on Behance
Hi there,
I have a question about uploading presentations on Behance - it’s really bothering me:
I would like to make a presentation in which the gif animation has the width of 1400px- the maximum full-bleed size. Is there a way I could do this? I have seen an existing example like this, so I know it’s possible, but on the Behance support page they are saying that the max gif size is 1200 (with a giphy.com logo appearing on the presentation).

Disable sync between Behance and Portfolio
How can I disable the sync link between Behance and Portfolio?
This is an admittedly "first-world" problem, but I would like to keep some projects on Behance only and others on Portfolio only. Is there any way to create a Behance project without it automatically syncing to Portfolio?

E-mail saying "Keep Your Adobe Portfolio Site Live"?
Hi all,
My office subscribes to Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams, and my e-mail address is associated with the account. I've never used Behance or Adobe Portfolio. Twice now I've received an e-mail with the subject "Keep your Adobe Portfolio Site Live". The body of the message is as follows:
We don't want to see you go |
We have been unable to bill the payment method on file for your account. Please update the method of payment for your Creative Cloud plan in order to keep your Adobe Portfolio site up and running. |
I tried contacting Adobe chat support about this, but they said my payment is fine, there's no issue, and couldn't tell me why I'm receiving this message. They suggested I post my question here. So, why am I receiving this, what does it mean, and how can I make it stop? There is no "unsubscribe" link.

WHY make a PDF portfolio?
WHY make a PDF portfolio? There is a lot of information on how but I don't understand why. What is the point, why not make something else? Does someone have an example of a situation in which makeing a portfolio really benefitted them in ways that other solutions would not have addressed.

My projects got deleted by my co-owner?
I run a project called "Infinite Vietnam" - www.be.net/8vietnam, recently 2 out of 3 projects, "01 - Vietbird" and "02 - Power Pole" suddenly disappear (1 of them got 2 features from Served Site), I contacted Behance CS but they were unable to track down who or how the project gone, I asked my fellow co-owners but none of them did it. Now there is nothing else I can do but to upload them, but is there anyway I can prevent accidental / intentional deletion by others from happened again? Is there any admin options available to control who can view and edit, or just co-owned but read only? Because if such features aren't existing on Behance, that will happen from time to time and I'll be very hesitate to continue posting any other collaborative project from here on
Hope to learn some solutions for this matter from our great community.

Cant Delete Behance Account - Wont recognise my name.
I have logged in to the Behance account I never wanted to delete it. At the base of the request to delete account form it says "Enter your full name to continue" - I enter my name and bingo - Name not recognised ! How can that be. For goodness sake if they don't mean my name then put the correct terminology they are looking for - THIS SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT. As I have said before - my design and clients are private and confidential not for the rest of the world to plagiarise. and before you say this question is in the wrong forum - Behance is only found in the bloody cloud, so it is a cloud issue. When I have it deleted at lease that fog will be gone and part of the dark cloud that plages this world will be gone.

Adobe Portfolio Cover Images Not Showing

My cover images are not showing (None are marked as adult content). Everything worked fine yesterday and earlier this morning and now... no cover images are showing. No I have not made any changes to my portfolio.
ADOBE, why is this happening, when will it be fixed, and what is being done to prevent it from happening again?
It is happening to me and several other individuals across PCs, Macs, iPads, etc.

Project Cover Size
Hello guys,
3 days ago I was able to upload an image as cover that was 590 pixels wide, then after a day I tried again but now it shows that I should choose an image that is at least 808 pixels wide. Also all my projects on my gallery have the same size 590 pixel,,
I mean, does the Behance has set a new size for the project cover image or is a temporary error or Bug?

Instagram video embed on Behance and MyPortfolio??
I would like to embed some video posts from my instagram, but somehow Behance and MyPortfolio keep saying "This embed code is not valid"... Why can't I embed a simple Instagram post? I get the embed code straight from Instagram. I have some short Motion Graphics I want to post on Behance and my Portfolio, this seems like such a simple think that should be possible. Even when I change the embed code to "iFrame" it won't accept it... Hoping for a solution! Thanks!!
