change behance email adress

Hi i'm currently trying to change my email adress for Behance. I got send to the adobe login / change page, but i cannot change my adress there as it always says: "Your account changes couldn't be saved.".... at one point i got a message saying my adress is unverified, but i was never able to get the confirmation email (even after clicking several times on resend confirmation mail)....

 

I also contacted adobe support via chat which were not able to help.

 

Is there anyone here that might be able to help me change 1 ******* email adress, this should not be so utterly complicated !!!! THX !!!

I have asked my domain provider support to change my DNS settings so I could direct my domain to my new Adobe Portfolio Website. They have changed the settings according to the instructions of Adobe Portfolio. When I try to access my website I get this website: https://www.myportfolio.com/missing instead of my portfolio website. Has the provider support done something wrong?

Hi,

 

When I try to access my portfolio website I get this website: https://www.myportfolio.com/missing and then this message: Something went horribly wrong! Page not found. I cancelled my prosite cuz I liked more portfolio but now is not working. Can you help me?

'Edit Global Style' not working for Captions

Dear Adobe and community: I just want to Center-Justify my captions and use a Bold highlight on portions of them.  However, when I go to the Captions tab within 'Edit Global Style' and click Center-Justify, it updates the page I'm looking at but never the live site, no matter how many times I click "Update Live Site."

 

I experience the same issue with manual changes.  Bold highlights and manual center-justify also doesn't update on my live site reliably.  Even when I wait a day, no update.

 

This makes it impossible to quickly standardize the formatting of my captions, and everything ends up mis-matched.  What can I do?!!

How to change Behance link image when sharing on Facebook?

When I try to share my recent projects on Facebook, the image that previews on the link on the Facebook post is the first image from my project. How can I change it to another image? Or the thumbnail of the project - in my previous projects the links used the thumbnail when shared on Facebook.

Behance app - vimeo videos don't autoplay

I have created some projects in Behance including Vimeo embedded videos.

On the desktop and in Safari for iOS, they create no problem, but in your iOS app the videos don’t start automatically.

Do you have any settings for autoplay?

I'm trying activate my pre-existing adobe ID but every time I get a message "Oops! We can’t find that page."

Please, help me!

Linking 2 Adobe ID accounts to use the same Behance Portfolio

I have 2 Adobe ID accounts. I've purchased the Creative Cloud with the one but the other account is linked to my Bechance Portfolio. How can I link my Behance portfolio to a different account so that I can also make use of an Adobe portfolio website builder which is part of the creative cloud I purchased?

Buying Creative Cloud (student/teacher) when you have Behance ProSite and want Adobe portfolio (included in the CC subscription)

I have Behance ProSite for a year and I recently bought a subscription for Creative Cloud Student and Teacher, which has a Adobe Portfolio included. When I look at my product I see two product, CC Student and Teacher and the Behance Prosite.

 

How can the Behance Prosite be integrated (without losing my current site, which is already on Adobe Portfolio) into the CC subscription?

 

Issues:

- When I log in to the Adobe Portfolio site I see my Behance Prosite

- The Adobe Portfolio site is offline (only editor) and it only offers to upgrade/buy

- I see two products in my account settings (but need to be merged)

 

It does very hard or nearly impossible to explain this to the telephone helpdesk?

Changing destination email for Contact form

Hello all,

 

I've set up my portfolio page, and was delighted to learn that you could add a contact form rather than having to reveal your email address to the whole world. There is just one issue.


The email address I use for my Adobe ID is not my primary work email, I use a secondary address. Whenever I created the contact form it started sending emails to my secondary address, when actually I want them arriving in my primary work inbox.


I have changed my Adobe ID to my primary address to see if that works, but no joy; the emails are still landing in the wrong inbox.

 

My question: Is there any way you can change your Adobe Portfolio email address so that emails submitted in a contact form arrive to a different inbox?

Behance error "source url required"

I'm trying to add a short video to my project.

 

I get an error  "source url required".

 

I'm not trying to embed - I'm trying to upload an actual video.

 

I have tried many resolutions and formats but I get the same error.

 

What's going on?

Redirect domain to my Behance Profile

Hi.
I just set up my behance profile. I have a domain name with godaddy and I just want to redirect that domain to my
behance profile. Is there a way to do it if i dont have a portfolio or CC profile?
If yes, how can i set it up.
In the past I just enter the profile page - in this case it would be my Behance profile - into the
forwarding window on godaddy settings and that's it. I did that but nothing is happening.

I can't click on some button on Behance

Hi,

 

Some buttons don't work on Behance.

In my case,

 

  • I can't change my profile
  • I can't apply for a job
  • I can't follow anyone
  • I can't see activity
  • I can't click appreciate button

 

Does anyone has similar experience and knowing the solution?

Too many Redirects - Website will not load

Hello everyone,

 

So basically, I have just renewed my Domain name 1 year subscription, and now, when I try to load my website in the browser it says the following message:

"Too many redirects occurred when trying to load 'nathansinghdesign.co.uk'".

 

I was wondering if any of you know how I can get around this and get my page working again fine.

Portfolio and Behance

I set up my Portfolio site and there was a question about sharing with Behance after uploading images. I only clicked yes for one by mistake. I see there is an image at Behance. I'm not sure I want anything in there or be part of any sharing community. I noticed the home page of the CC app has "link your account with Behance". I don't remember activating it.

 

So what is Behance all about? I found the procedure to delete the account which is permanent. If I do does this effect Portfolio? I put a lot of hours of work into building it.

Hi,

I am facing hell with behance, All my work uploaded in Behance marked as Private. I search everywhere to make it Public but cannot find it.

If someone click on my Behance link www.behance.net/emraansattar without logging in , it appears Page Not Found.

Please help me to solve this problem. and adobe staff said contact our support team here: help.behance.net. i have nothing found on this stupid link.

How to backup my website

How do I backup my Adode Portfolio website? I have been paying a monthly subscription only fee, but I have now subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud and my website hosting is included. I was told I need to backup my website and re-upload it to my new account. Can anyone help with that?
