GIFs showing as static image. Why?
I'm trying to create a new motion design project on Behance, and I want to use GIFs to bring some life to the project. However, my uploaded GIFs don't play, they just sit there as a static image.
My process:
1. Create the animation in AE
2. Render that animation as an MP4 in AME
3. Import the MP4 file to Photoshop
4. "Save for web" with these settings
5. Import the GIF file to a behance project (under the content tab)
And its still a static image. Any idea why?

Sync from Adobe portfolio to Behance not stable
Hello
I publish different lightroom collections in adobe portfolio via the lightroom collection sync with adobe cloud. The refresh of the collections in Portfolio works very well,
and normaly I can use the "publish to behance" function in portfolio to publish a new or updated collection to behance.
But sometimes when I try to update an existing collection on behance I get an error "Ups,; something went wrong on behance, try again" .. if this happens . .this collection never syncs again with behance . The only solution is to delete the collection in portfolio and sync as new collection to behance .
Any idea to fix this very annoying problem ?

How do I download videos from someone's project?
I'm in a group with people for a project and the person didn't send me the final video, but just told me to go on her behance to download it there. Theres no option to download anything so it there's any way to do this, any help is appreciated

Behance "Work In Progress" cannot be viewed or edited
Not sure what's going on here, but I'm completely unable to view or edit my Work In Progress. I've tried in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer (lol) on 2 different computers, to no avail. When I click to View the WIP, an infinite loading screen appears, where my browser is grayed out and a never-ending spiral icon pops up. When I click to Edit the WIP, the gray screen and spiral pop up for an instant, then disappear completely, leaving me staring at my WIP project list.
Any suggestions?

How to get 2 different custom domains to point to the same my portfolio page?
My primary domain is working - www.birgersoterutleie.com - but my secondary domain name, www.birgers.no, is not pointing to the same site. I think the A-records are pointing to the IP address, but they are not loading the same page.

Whats wrong with Behance search function?
Have you noticed that the behance search function yields results which is not relevent to the keywords you enter on the search. I have noticed this many times and the latest is where I searched for "Hospital brochure"; but the results gave nothing to do with what I searched for.
This might be because they dont allow users to add tags/keywords to the projects they upload. This option was available before, but its been taken off.
Has anyone else experienced this as well?

"You have exceeded the amount of projects you can publish"
Hi all, I'm new to Behance, just started to upload my projects today.
After uploading about 40 projects, I was unable to upload any more projects, as a message 'you have exceeded the amount of projects you can publish' appeared.
Hmm is there a limited numbers of projects an account can upload?
Or is it simply restraining the numbers of projects uploading between a certain period of time? for example, no more than 40 projects per day or so?
Tried searching the keywords but so far what I found was that Behance doesn't limit the numbers of projects people can upload.
I refreshed several times but same warning still appeared and stopped me from publishing my project.
Please help, any response is appreciated.

Full- bleed gif animations on Behance
Hi there,
I have a question about uploading presentations on Behance - it’s really bothering me:
I would like to make a presentation in which the gif animation has the width of 1400px- the maximum full-bleed size. Is there a way I could do this? I have seen an existing example like this, so I know it’s possible, but on the Behance support page they are saying that the max gif size is 1200 (with a giphy.com logo appearing on the presentation).

Can't access pre-existing Behance portfolio because it's associated with a different email address than my Adobe ID
I have a Behance profile of long-standing as ChrisARaymond, and multiple projects, all connected to a gmail address. Now I cannot access it because my Adobe ID is connected to a different email address. I get an endless loop as Behance refuses to let me sign in with my old credentials, and when I sign in via AdobeID, my profile and projects are empty.
Did your programmers think through what you were doing before you implemented this? It's beyond ridiculous.

change email adobe ID
Hello,
I'm having trouble changing my AdobeID e-mailadress to log in with. When I change it in my settings, I get an error saying no changes could be made at this point and/or an error saying an verifiation e-mail was sent to my Inbox, but there is none.
I want to change my e-mail of my AdobeID because currently I have 2 AdobeIDs, and I want to change the e-mail of my current AdobeID into my new e-mailadress (because I've linked this AdobeID with my Behance profile which I have used for the past years), and delete my second AdobeID so I have one AdobeID linked to one Behance profile.
Yet so far I have not accomplished one of the two. What do I have to do?

change behance email adress
Hi i'm currently trying to change my email adress for Behance. I got send to the adobe login / change page, but i cannot change my adress there as it always says: "Your account changes couldn't be saved.".... at one point i got a message saying my adress is unverified, but i was never able to get the confirmation email (even after clicking several times on resend confirmation mail)....
I also contacted adobe support via chat which were not able to help.
Is there anyone here that might be able to help me change 1 ******* email adress, this should not be so utterly complicated !!!! THX !!!

Merge behance accounts
I have two behance accounts. One from 2009, before Creative Cloud, and the one that I now have with my CC membership. My Adobe ID has never changed.
I can't change the URL of my new CC Behance account because my name is already in use with my first account.

Can I post copyright images to behance?
Hello,
I was wondering if I am allowed to post copyright images to Behance. I have a student project in which I designed a car logo but for some of the deliverables which included mocking up your car logo on promotional material I have used images of other cars like BMW and put my logo over it as an example of an advertisement.
Is this allowed or will I get in trouble?

Behance Portfolio & Adobe ID change
Currently I am on creative cloud under a business email through my employer. I work from home so everything I use to do with Adobe is signed up with my Adobe ID which is through my work email.
If I was to leave this job and purchased my own creative cloud membership, paying for it personally, could I move things like the Portfolio & Behance features across from my work to my personal ID?
Hope this makes sense, it's a tricky question to ask.
